Look, look, Remi! Yael made the news! That's... that's supposed to be bad... right? Well... normally, yes. But no, this was the plan. I told him to get caught. It's good. You'll see.
While Remi likes to read books, Falen doesn't read much besides the newspaper. She reads every story on every page on every paper the stands carry. She wouldn't be too great at her job if she didn't keep up on current events.
On top of that, the media can be pretty useful for one creative enough to use it to her advantage. Use it for sensationalism, use it as a distraction, use it to mislead; the news decides the mindset of the general public and sets the stage for greater things, and Falen is not above finding ways to manipulate it.

Literature may be the most popular form for telling stories, but photography is certainly not exempt as this particular piece proves. ~R727's dark heart news is an excellent diptych that is creative in the setting and the lives told. The execution is stunning and the different perspective makes it that much more intense overall. (

I love the different angles and the way she's holding the paper over his head. Your dolls are so pretty!
You're Welcome.
